    Description

    NGC authenticated and graded MS 65 BN.
    Frosty medium chocolate brown and steel. The only marks are some light nicks on the edge over TAT in STATES. Sharply struck MDS, Manley state 1.0 late. The die line through the right side of the first T in STATES is dull but still visible.
    Satiny luster covers the fields and protected areas, nice eye appeal.
