This is an absolutely beautiful plate from old Bellingham Washington.  The picture is super colorful, the writing is strong, the details are very pronounced, and it has the proprietor's names advertised on the backside.  Old souvenir china pieces like this are always very popular as
1) they have the name of the area, town and state that they are souvenirs of,
2) they have colorful scenes, pictures, designs, logos on them.
3) you can date them based upon the maker's mark on the piece.
Note that the plate has the names on back,
B.B. Furniture Company
, who the plate was made for.   A look into  a
Polk City Directory from the Bellingham Wash. area, dating back to the late 1800s - early 1900s would tell exactly who they were and in the process, date this plate and document this plate's history.
Note it also has a
'Made in Germany' mark on the back side, this is exactly what antique dealer's look for to authenticate a piece like this as being truly antique,
as back in this time period of souvenir china
(late 1800's - early 1900's) Germany was the place that was producing this quality antique china.
