This
early Weller Art Pottery
jardinière
features the hand painted 'feathers' design is typically used by master potter J. B. Owens. It
has a sensual
'vine' entwined body
and lovely “Ferns" designs in rich multi earth tone paints
. It is 7.5"ht.  x 9.75" d., weighs 5 lbs. and was made between 1896 and the 1920s.  There is a small chip inside the rim, 2 tiny glz nicks and age crazing. It has no cracks or restorations.
This beautiful item displays well and could be a wonderful standalone piece!
Shipping is via Priority Mail. Insurance is required and the cost will be added under ‘Handling Fee’ at time of purchase. It will be double boxed for added safety.
