Orthodox Prayer Rope, Chotki, 150 Knot Medium Weight Wood Beads

This is a new 150 knot Orthodox Prayer Rope; also called a Chotki.  It was tied in the traditional manner using the "Chotki knot" with Medium 2.0mm Satin.   The individual who tied it prayed the Jesus Prayer throughout its production as is traditional.  It is our goal to help the recipient to draw closer to God through the ancient practice of "praying unceasingly."
For every 10 of these prayer ropes that are sold 1 will be donated to a local Orthodox priest to dispense as needed.
Satin is used in the production of this item, satin is flammable and can melt at high temperatures, keep away from open flame.
The Prayer rope is approximately 18 inches long  including the 4 1/4 inch tassel.
The Prayer Rope is made of Medium 2.0mm Satin with Wood Beads and wool tassel. It has a nice thin feel to it and can be stretched to make it more comfortable to
the fingers. (simply pinch the knots and slowly separate them)  We would be happy to stretch the Prayer Rope for you before shipping if requested when the order is placed.
