VINTAGE FLOATING BRIDGE SEATTLE WASHINGTON SOUVENIR STATE TRAVEL DECAL '40s RARE

Talk about your rare water decals!  This one-of-a-kind vintage souvenir of the FLOATING BRIDGE, SEATTLE, WASHINGTON dates back to the 1940s and was designed and produced by the LINDGREN BROTHERS (before they became the famous Lindgren-Turner Co) and was one of the first examples of early water decal art. It features the old Murrow Bridge and is so well drawn it could almost be a painting or photograph.
In remarkably good condition for its age and rarity, this decal is still brightly colored and has light creasing and foxing, curling of the sides and edgewear and corner bending to mar its perfection. It measures 4" wide by 2 3/4" tall.
Of special note is the usage instructions and mfg. name printed directly on the background card, as you can see in the scan. Due to the age and rarity of this decal, we suggest it never be water-dipped but kept "as-is" in a frame or on display.
